Email with B2B Integration

Email is used very commonly in many business communication scenarios. The problem with email exchange however, is that the process of documents is usually very many. You may have customers that are emailing you documents of invoice or orders, yet that requires you to manually input that information into your system.

Babelway and Email

To automate this process, you can leverage Babelway and its SMTP email gateway. This allows a channel to be setup with a receiving end of an email address. Once deployed, any file that is an attachment will be processed by Babelway integration. This gives you the ability to build automated connections with partners that may not have the technical capability to support more complex integrations like EDI.

Getting started with Babelway

1. Just fill in the Email ID

2. Upload your partner’s certificate

3. Babelway will do the rest

You can set up a unique email address to use for your gateway. Once your channel is enabled, your partners can send their files to this address and Babelway will process them just like any other connection protocol. Babelway supports both SMTP Email and SMTPS Email.
