SERVICE LEVEL AND SECURITY > SUPPORT POLICY

The objective of our support policy is to effectively and efficiently address your support needs while allowing us to plan and finance it adequately.

There are several ways to get support:

  1. Access our online user guide via the help button in the topbar of your Babelway hub. We try to document how to use Babelway as best as we can. Don’t hesitate to tell us how to improve.
  2. Visit the Babelway Community Forum. This the place to consult past questions and post new questions. Everything is in English. Access and usage are entirely free. We strive to answer as quickly as possible but there is no guarantee. We even encourage our user base to participate in answering since it happens their expertise benefits other users. The Community Forum is reserved for questions and answers that benefit the community. For requests that can only be relevant to your specific case, you’ll need to open up a ticket with our support team.
  3. Send us a mail to support@babelway.com. Our support team, headed by Michel Colin, will quickly answer you. We prefer to correspond in English but, should it be an issue, we’ll make our best to translate our messages where required. According to our terms and conditions, access to our support team depends on your subscription package. We invite you to check your terms and conditions before you contact us, since it may involve extra costs for you. Obviously, we won’t charge you if you are reporting a bug or a problem with us. In that case, we’ll apologise, we’ll thank you and we’ll fix it as quickly as possible.
  4. Call us (+32 10 390013 or via Skype). This way must only be used for emergencies. Access may require upgrades in your subscription package.

Members of the support team are available from 9am to 6pm CEST on weekdays. We’ll continue to go the extra mile to over-deliver on our commitments and provide you with the best service possible. In the worst case, don’t hesitate to call our Managing Director on his mobile phone (+32 478 445487) any time, any day.

Please check out the programme and the conditions of the Babel Academy. This is a one-day training that will increase your autonomy and independence in using Babelway.
