SERVICE LEVEL AND SECURITY

Babelway has invested in the most robust, secure and scalable infrastructure available. Babelway infrastructure is hosted externally and has installed redundancy and load-balancing between its 2 providers of data centres. In the event of downtime of one of the 2 data centres, your Babelway hub is still up and running.

We offer the following guarantees:

5-minute guarantee: all messages are processed immediately.
Yes, even during periods of congestion or unusually high levels of activity, we at Babelway guarantee to take no longer than 5 minutes to execute our service from the arrival of new message to it being sent on its way.
This guarantee is provided for the volume level you selected yourself as your ‘reserved capacity’.
In the event of unexpected temporary unavailability, we guarantee 100% message recovery.
This includes messages that may have been in transit at the time service was interrupted.
Babelway pledges to provide you with 99.9% service availability
from Monday 08:00 to Saturday 20:00. 99,9% is the SLA we have contracted with each of our 2 infrastructure providers. To make sure you get the highest availability, the fail-over and load-balancing mechanisms enable downtime at one of the 2 data centers without impacting the availability of Babelway.
Security Authenticity and integrity guarantees : you can prove the authenticity and integrity of any message that transited via Babelway via our archiving method whereby all messages are signed, encrypted and chained to the last available message record. The chain is then signed again with a qualified certificate and timestamped by a trustworthy authority. The chain makes it impossible for an individual user or for Babelway to change any stored element without breaking the chain and therefore making it detectable.
If, despite our efforts, our service levels prove insufficient, you won't feel trapped.
Our leaving clause option entitles you to leave — at any time and for whatever reason — with our software and your existing channels if required.
