16/06/2009 : Nivelinvest is now a shareholder of Babelway

We are today announcing that Nivelinvest.be (via its subsidiary Start-Up SA) is now a shareholder of Babelway with a participation of around 10%. This operation took place together with a capital increase in which all shareholders took part. We are happy to strengthen our financial resources while welcoming a new shareholder that is able to follow on possible future capital increases. This event highlights the confidence of all our shareholders in our activity. We can now further build our business after a successful launch of our B2B integration Software-as-a-Service.
