Mar. 16th, 2011 : First Babelway UserGroup
We organised today our first Babelway UserGroup together with some of our most active users. It was really exciting to learn why and how they use Babelway in their specific context. Some of them use Babelway in ways we didn't anticipate. For example, a user who needs to create a new XML-based flow starts by creating a structure in a simple Excel worksheet. He then loads that Excel in Babelway to convert it into a proper XML structure. This saves him several days of development.
Overall, we gathered a lot of tips to improve and to simplify the online experience. This will contribute a lot into our 2011 development roadmap. We discovered that even the most advanced users don't always know all possibilities and features that exist in Babelway. One axis we need to develop is therefore the communication and information towards our users (about new features, releases, etc.) on top of our help guide and our forum.
In a warm and friendly atmosphere, we concluded that we should hold this type of events on a regularly basis.
