Easily resubmit for processing a message that has not been or not correctly been processed.
In the
Message Record
, in the
Message Search
or in the
Ticket Details
screen, you have access to the
Resubmit
or
Resubmit All
command.
This function enables you to easily process a message again. This is especially useful when messages have not been processed due to a channel issue. Once this issue is solved, go to the list of message, select the messages that have not been processed and submit them again directly to the messaging engine.
If the processing issue was due to the message itself, you can have upload the corrected message from the Message field before submitting it.
Use the
Add Property
command to add additional properties or the
Remove Property
command to delete any existing property as illustrated.
Resubmit Message by using Send to,select one of available items (same channel, same gateway in, channel or gateway in)
In the Send to same Channel, select same channel to be used for the message re-processing.
In the Send to same gateway in, select same Gateway in to be used for the message re-processing.
In the Send to Channel, select one of the available channels to be used for the message re-processing.
In the Send to gateway in, select one of the available gateways to be used for the message re-processing.
Once all parameters are setup up according to your preferences, click on the
Resubmit
command to effectively send the message for a new processing step. The processing results are available in the
List of Messages
table as for any other processed message.
