Easily resubmit for processing a message that has not been or not correctly been processed.

In the Message Search screen, you have access to the Resubmit All command.

This function enables you to easily process a group of messages again. This is especially useful when messages have not been processed due to a channel issue. Once this issue is solved, search for these messages, and submit them again directly to the messaging engine by click on the Resubmit All and following screen will be displayed .

The list of messages (20) represents the number of messages that will be resubmitted, this number is the result of your search query .

By using Send to Channel you can select the channel to be used for the messages re-processing.

The List button enables you to redo the selection of message to resubmit

The resubmit button sends the selected messages to the target channel to process them again

Once all parameters are setup up according to your preferences, click on the Resubmit All command to effectively send the messages for a new processing step. The processing results are available in the List of Messages table as for any other processed message.
