For any processed message, you can open incoming and outgoing messages both in their original formats and in xml format used for processing.
In the Message Record screen, you have access and can download and open the message in theto the following formats:
Incoming format: the original incoming message.
XML incoming format: the incoming message is converted to an xml file prior to processing by the messaging engine.
XML outgoing format: after processing, the messaging engine outputs an xml file that will be converted to the ouput format defined by the user. This file may not be generated in case of processing error.
Outgoing format: the xml file generated by the messaging engine is converted to the ouput format defined by the user. This file will then be send through the outgoing gateway.
