5.3. Ticket Edit

Edit most ticket details to ease the follow-up and add a complete description.

In the ticket edit screen, you can access and edit most ticket general information that are displayed in the list of tickets table:

Type

Select one of the types of ticket, see Possible Tickets for a complete list of available values.

Status

Set the ticket status as either Open or Closed.

Severity

Select the seriousness of the issue as High, Medium, Low or Info.

Summary

Edit the short description of the issue that appears in the list of tickets table.

Description

Enter and edit a complete description of the issue.

Comment

Enter and edit additional free text to further comment the issue.

Click on Back command to go back to List of Messages screen.

Click on Save command to save your changes.

Click on Delete to delete and remove this ticket from the list.
