See: Managing Alerts
The list of alerts displays all alerts generated by Babelway Self Service Console engine. All alerts information and details are available.
An alert is generated by Babelway Self Service Console to inform the user of a system event. This event may be a general system issue or information such as a credit limit reach or a new function avilability or may be a message processing issue such as an error during processing or an unidentified message or gateway definition.
Go to Alerts tab in Self Service console to access the alerts list and the related functions.
Alerts table
The alerts start-up screen displays a table listing all generated and stored alerts. These alerts can be ordered by clicking on most column headers for easier retrieval.
The alerts summary information displayed in this table are:
Created On: the alert generation date and time.
Type: type of alert, see Possible Alerts for a complete list and further information.
Status: alert status, it can be either Open or Closed. A new alert is attributed the Open status. It will be automatically switched to Closed once the issue is solved.
Severity: seriousness of the issue depending on alert type, it can be High, Medium, Low or Info.
Summary: a short description of the issue.
Select: check alerts to be deleted.
But for the creation date, all other characteristics can be freely modified in the alert edit mode as explained in the Ticket Details chapter.
