6.6. Edit Environment

Edit your environment name and settings.

From this part of your Account Administration, you can change your environment name and additional high level settings.

The following information is displayed about the selected environment:

Id	This environment unique identification number (cannot be changed).
Name	This environment name. By default, this name includes a simple incremental numbering but you can change it directly in this field.
Message Storage Duration	How long the messages processed in this environment will be kept. This can be 3 months as a standard duration or secure 12 years for legal documents that must be kept longer.
Price Plan	This environment price plan for Babelway services and message processing.
Billing details	Click on this command to access the billing details as described hereafter.

Click on Save command to save your changes before leaving this screen.

Click on Back command to go back to previous screen without automatically saving your changes.

Billing details

This screen displays a table display the details of the billing run. The details will depend on the price plan you are on. For instance if you are on a Babelway BUSSINESS account, the billing runs once a month, at the anniversary of you account creation. Each month, new lines will be added for monthly fee, the extra volume, extra channels and so on.

Use the Search command to restrict the list to those amounts corresponding to your search criteria.

Enter search criteria in one or more of following fields to restrict the billing details list to all corresponding items.

After	List tickets that were generated after this date (use date format dd/mm/yyyy).
Before	List tickets that were generated before this date (use date format dd/mm/yyyy).
More than	List days during which more than this amount was spent.
Less than	List days during which less than this amount was spent.
