Manage your account, create and delete environments, buy credits...
From this part of your account management, you can create new environments and delete existing ones. You can configure your environments and buy additional credits.
The following information is displayed about your account:
Your account unique identification number.
Your account name. By default, this name includes your login name but you can edit and change it as described hereunder.
Number of environments linked to and managed by your account.
Number of users defined in your account.
Number of units left in your account. A negative number means that you already exceeded your limit. A ticket (and its related mail) is always generated before the limit is reached to warn you that you should buy new units. |
A table displays the following information for each of your environments:
The storage message period of time. By default, this is 3 months but it can be extended to the legal duration of 12 years.
Number of messages that can be processed in parallel.
Summary list of input and output gateways that will be active after next deployment (or list of used gateways if no change has been done yet). |
The
Edit
command opens the
Edit Account
screen that allows you to easily change some of these settings.
The
Buy Units
command opens the
Buy Units
screen that allows you to buy additional units for your account as well as other paying options such as support or Babel Academy.
Clicking in an environment name (column header) opens the Edit Environment screen and allows you to change this environment settings.
