This article explains how to integrate your Tradeshift and Babelway accounts using the Babelway Integration Toolbox App on Tradeshift.
If you are coming to this page from the Babelway App on Tradeshift, please jump to the paragraph 2.
Register the Babelway App from the Tradeshift Apps store
Create an account on Tradeshift, go to the list of App and select the 'Babelway Integration' App.
Activate the 'Babelway Integration' to get your own parameters to be copied in Babelway
Register an account at Babelway
Go to https://www.babelway.net and login (register an account if you don't have an account yet)
To Pull invoices From Tradeshift
Go to the 'Catalogue' tab.
Search for 'Channel Tradeshift'.
Identify the Channel 'Channel : Pull Invoices From Tradeshift'.
Click 'view details' then click 'Use it'.You get a message " To deploy this channel you have to complete missing pieces (the tabs with an orange indicator) and activate it.The Channel'Pull Invoices From Tradeshift' has been copied to your account."
Click 'Gateway IN' and copy/paste the 3 parameters from the Babelway App in your Tradeshift account.The gateway is fully configured to pull invoices every 2 minutes from your production inbox at Tradeshift.If you need to pull something else or from elsewhere, change 'advanced properties'.
Advanced properties are :
tradeshift-stag: Tradeshift folder to poll (inbox, outbox, draft, sales, purchases). This value is set to inbox (purchase invoices). To pull sales invoices, set the value to outbox.
tradeshift-type: Type of document (invoice or creditnote).
frequency: polling interval in seconds.
tradeshift-apiPrefix: tradeshift-apiPrefix: URL to the Tradeshift API.

Click 'Save'.
Click 'Gateway Out'.
Type in your Email address in 'To Recipients'.
Click 'Save'.
Click 'Activate' (top right of screen).
Go to 'Channels' menu.
Click 'Deploy channels' (bottom of screen) and confirm deployment.
The channel is now deployed in production: Invoices available at your Tradeshift account will be pulled and sent to the recipient email address in UBL format.
You can make changes to your Tradeshift channel to receive it invoices in another format (XML, txt, EDI, etc.) or via another communication protocol (FTP, sFTP, AS2, http, etc).Check the Channel Items page of the Babelway User Guide for more details.
To Push invoices to Tradeshift
Go to the 'Channels' tab.
Search for 'Channel Tradeshift'.
Identify the Channel 'Channel: Push Invoices To Tradeshift'.
Click 'view details' then click 'Use it'. You get a message " To deploy this channel you have to complete missing pieces (the tabs with an orange indicator) and activate it. The Channel 'Push Invoices To Tradeshift' has been copied to your account."
Click 'Gateway In'.
Create a unique email address in Babelway email domain by filling 'username'. The email address will be [username]@babelway.net.
Click 'Save'.
Click 'Gateway Out'. Copy/paste the 3 parameters from the Babelway App in your Tradeshift account. The gateway is fully configured to push invoices into your production Tradeshift account. If you need to push something else or elsewhere, change 'advanced properties'.
Advanced properties are:
tradeshift-IdentifierValue: by default the EndpointID or the Party AccountingCustomerParty.
tradeshift-IdentifierScheme: by default the SchemeID or the Party AccountingCustomerParty
tradeshift-DocumentProfile: the type of document(values can be tradeshift.creditnote.1.0, tradeshift.invoice.1.0, tradeshift.message.1.0, tradeshift.order.1.0, tradeshift.orderchange.1.0, tradeshift.quote.1.0, tradeshift.status.1.0)
tradeshift-apiPrefix: URL to the Tradeshift API

Click on 'save'
Click 'Activate' (top right of screen).
Go to 'Channels' menu.
Click 'Deploy channels' (bottom of screen) and confirm deployment.
The channel is now deployed in production: You can attach Tradeshift UBL Invoices to an email sent to [username]@babelway.net. These invoices will be pushed to your Tradeshift account.
You can make changes to your Tradeshift channel to send invoices in another format (XML, txt, EDI, etc. ) or via another communication protocol (FTP, sFTP, AS2, http, etc).
